JOSÉ REGALADO LÓPEZ was born in 1958, in Juchitán, Oaxaca, Mexico.
EDUCATION
PhD in Projects and Rural Planning at UPM (2008).
Master of Science at the Graduate College at the Public Research Centre Mexico (1992).
Bachelor Rural Development Engineer at Agricultural Technology Institute # 8 in Comitancillo, Oaxaca (1983).
RESEARCH
He jointly integrated and became a member of the regional technical teams for agricultural and rural development and technology for social change. In addition, he was in charge of the research projects on related issues as well as for the training in Regional Plans and Priority Care Microregions (MAP) of rural businesses.
Member of the National System of Researchers Level I period (2018-2020), distinction awarded by the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT).
TEACHING
Coordinator of the Master’s in Social Development Management with registration in the National Quality Postgraduate Program (PNPC) CONACyT.
Tenured professor in the Course Institutions and Public Policies in Social Development during the fall semester at Puebla Campus.
Since 2015 he participated as Advisor and Advisor to the PhD and Master's Thesis of students enrolled in the Campus: Puebla, Veracruz and Montecillo.
