Our areas of research in this field are:
Today, the success of a project is based on the fulfillment of its requirements within its time frame, without exceeding the estimated costs and delivering the defined quality. This objective no longer depends exclusively on a good estimate, planning and control. Therefore, project management can no longer be understood as simply a technical function dedicated to planning and controlling the development of a project.
The combination of values necessary for good project management has formed the new discipline: ‘Project Management’. It is an independent discipline that requires academic training, mastery of a body of knowledge, with its own techniques and tools. At GESPLAN we respond to this reality by offering our training of professional competencies, which are based in current state-of-the-art knowledge, techniques and facilitating the tools to face change, risks and resource constraints.
