FOUNDATION TATIANA PÉREZ DE GUZMÁN EL BUENO CHAIR

The Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno Foundation is a non-profit heritage foundation constituted by Lady Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno and Seebacher. It is committed to manage its cultural heritage and to serve the society, by developing specific actions in youth training, scientific research and the environment.

Following the values ​​of its founder, the Foundation has established an industry-university chair with the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Its objective is to revitalize the municipalities and its rural region by promoting entrepreneurship among women and youth as part of the heritage of the Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno Foundation. With the help of GESPLAN research group and its’ over 25 year of experience in working with rural communities, the “Young Entrepreneurs for the Sustainability of Rural Territories” Programme was created. A total of 17 municipalities in the province of Avila take part in the participatory workshops and trainings for its selected young entrepreneurs. The main focus of the training is project management and assistance to access financing for their initiatives.
