Carlos Lavalle was born in 1963, in Piura.
EDUCATION
Certified Project Manager by the International Project Management Association (2008)
Bachelor of Business Administration (1986).
RESEARCH
He participated as a consultant in the implementation and evaluation of development projects and programmes. He also participated in research projects in development cooperation and business innovation. Several of his projects are aimed at strengthening capacities in public bodies.
TEACHING
Since 2007 he has been a teacher in the course New Business Entrepreneurship and Project Management.
PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
1994 to 1996 Advisor to the Minister of Education.
1996-2000 Project consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
Since 1989 he was a consultant in various educational, management and development cooperation projects.
