ABSTRACT
Education influences the quality of life. This paper analyzes a program developed in a professional training center for women - Condoray – in Canete Peru and demonstrates how microcredit, which is focused directly on the training of women, can guarantee a productive technical training in a relatively short time while strengthening their ability to learn continuously. It is evident, through an interpretative–descriptive analysis, that access to training with this type of credit provides women with the opportunity to receive a productive technical training while also enabling development of their own small business. The educational microcredit will have a positive, innovative, inclusive, replicable and sustainable model that will contribute to empowering woman which will then have a direct impact on the society.
